"Three Ladies' by Canadian Artist Lori Zebiere

Copyright Lori Zebiere

'Three Ladies'
11"x14"
Oil Pastel on Mat Board
SOLD

I created this piece a few years ago and it sold this past Thursday at my duo show reception, so I thought I'd share it.  It was inspired by the beautiful wild orchids that bloom along the Manitoba roadsides in June.  Known as the Yellow Lady Slipper they are a fragile flower that cannot be transplanted and doesn't last as a cut flower.  They must be appreciated where they naturally grow and one must search them out, but when you do find them they are such a treat!
